A facilitation fee on loads that move, nothing else

No subscription and no seat fees. Haulio charges a facilitation fee on top of the carrier's price, only when a load is booked, and the rate depends on where the carrier came from.

Why should I use Haulio?+
Haulio is a marketplace where you post your transport tenders and get them in front of as many qualified carriers as possible. The best prices don't come from locked-in volume agreements - they come from competition. By opening your load to the market, you're far more likely to find the carrier who happens to have a truck near your cars right now, which is where the real savings are.
How does Haulio fit into my existing transport setup?+
Haulio isn't meant to replace your transport partners - it's a tool that sits alongside them. By posting a load to the open market, you get a clear, competitive reference point that helps you make a more informed decision about which carrier to use for each shipment.
Is Haulio just a marketplace, or does it do more?+
The marketplace is only the starting point. Once a load is booked, we require carriers to provide timely updates on pickup and delivery times, along with live tracking of the truck carrying your cars - so you always know exactly where your vehicles are.
Do I pay anything upfront to post a load?+
No. There's no cost to list a tender on Haulio - you only pay once you've selected and confirmed a carrier for the job.
What routes does Haulio cover?+
We connect you with carriers across Europe. There's no downside to putting a load up for bidding - we only take a fee when we successfully match you with a carrier. If no match happens, it costs you nothing, so posting a tender is always risk-free.
How quickly can I get a load matched with a carrier?+
Turnaround depends on route density and how competitive the lane is, but many loads receive carrier interest within hours of posting. The more advance notice you give, the more competitive the pricing tends to be.
How are my cars insured, and for how much?+
Every carrier on our platform is required to hold valid transport insurance. Before you select a carrier for your load, you can review their insurance policy directly, so you always know exactly what coverage is in place before you commit.
What happens if something goes wrong during transport?+
Every handover is documented with a CMR and photo evidence at pickup and delivery. If an issue arises, this documentation trail makes it clear where responsibility lies, and we support you through the process to reach a resolution.
Can I track more than one shipment at a time?+
Yes - the platform gives you a single view across all your active loads, so you can monitor pickup and delivery status for every shipment in one place rather than juggling emails and phone calls with different carriers.
