Haulio Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage and tracking pixels) Haulio uses, and how to control them, in line with the Danish Cookie Order and the EU ePrivacy Directive.

Required for the Platform to function (e.g. login sessions, security, load balancing). These do not require consent, as they are essential to providing the service you request.

• Example: session/authentication cookie - keeps you logged in - expires at end of session or on logout.
• Example: CSRF/security token - protects against cross-site request forgery - session duration.

2.2 Functional Cookies

Remember your preferences (e.g. language, dashboard layout, saved filters) to improve your experience. Set with consent, unless strictly necessary to a feature you've actively requested.

• Example: UI preference cookie - remembers your saved view/filter settings - up to 12 months.

2.3 Analytics Cookies

Help us understand how the Platform is used (e.g. pages visited, feature usage, error rates) so we can improve it. Set only with your consent.

• Example: analytics identifier - distinguishes unique visitors/sessions for aggregated usage statistics - up to 24 months.

2.4 CRM / Marketing Cookies

Used where we engage in outbound sales or marketing communication tracking (e.g. tracking whether a marketing email was opened, or attributing website visits to a sales contact record). Set only with your consent.

• Example: marketing/CRM tracking pixel - links website visits to a known business contact for sales follow-up - up to 12 months.

Some cookies are set by third-party service providers integrated into the Platform (for example, analytics or CRM tools).
